- The level of cleanliness was impeccable. I loved the technology and space allotted to the fitness center. The variety and quality of food was pleasant as well.

Cons -
- Hotel room was not exactly as advertised. Paid extra for an ocean room and got a room with a palm tree with the beach and ocean behind it. Booked to other rooms for friends for less that had a perfect ocean view.
- Dirty beach, rocky and seaweed
- Very disorganized check-in and checkout process. The hotel charged me twice for my total stay and do not know how to resolve the overcharge. At this point I'm handing it directly with my bank and it has been a complete nightmare.
