- The front desk staff is absolutely awful. We were moved 4 times in 2 days and was promised a refund but never received it. Was offered another room just to be moved again. So 3 more rooms dir a 4 night stay.

- Everything, the rooms were dirty, wires hanging out of the wall, light bulbs broken, no AC in rooms, housekeeping didn?t clean rooms, toilet stopped working, sink and shower would flood on floors, sinks/shower didn?t drain, mini refrigerator didn?t work

me gusto mucho el hotel aunque las televicion no se veian nunca fueron a reglarlas y en el lugar de mi habitacion tenia un mal olor a poso septico pero todo estubo muy bueno y el personal super amable y complaciente los felicito lo recomindo al 1000x1000
