- The place was beautiful. Well designed, the rooms are areas are clean enough.
- The main pool and swim up bar were totally awesome and made the stay enjoyable. The lazy river was fun and added to our enjoyment. The sunrises were beautiful on the ocean and the lagoon was calm and swimable.
- Lots of options for food and bars. Some really amazing staff at the restaurants and bars. The maids also did a great job. Very happy with my stay there.
Cons -
- It depends on the person when it comes to the staff. They will forget about you, show you indifference, or give you an active attitude. Some were great. The food was pretty bad. Overly salty and looks old and cold. Milk for coffee is chunky most days.
- The treatment by most of the staff was horrible the only people they cared about was members and if you did not buy you were ignored. The food was so so but only certain restaurants are available to non members this is very sad.
- The timeshare people.
