From numerous swimming pools and a nightclub to gift shops and beauty salons, there is something for everyone. A large variety of recreational activities, including soccer, tennis, basketball and volleyball are also available on-site. The TRS Turquesa Hotel - Adults only is ideally located along the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic. Deep-sea fishing, diving, windsurfing and snorkeling can be found only moments away. Pros +
- The staff and butlers were very cordial and friendly, and the property is very well maintained. The beach was fantastic and the food was generally good, plus the WiFi was exceptional.
- The scheduled activities
- Our personal butler, Rodny, made our stay comfortable and effortless. The entire staff made a positive impact on our vacation...they are all very friendly and willing to serve, whatever your request. Their energy helped bring the atmosphere to life.
Cons -
- Had issues with wristbands/door key and daily issues with the toilet that frustrated us to no end. Travel club promotion delayed our excursion and hotel refused to reimburse us for the cost to rebook. Not really the ?family? image they espouse.
- The bathroom needed an upgrade.
- The only thing I can think of to "complain" about would be that the pool areas do not offer any kind of music. On one hand, that makes it a peaceful atmosphere, but on the other, it feels boring and drab. A little something would be better than nothing.
