Had a fully enclosed front, for all the rooms and office. This was very nice. Brought the breakfast to the tables in here, since very limited seating in breakfast area. Parking was ample and safe. Hotel was near Kancamagus trail.
The only thing ?good? about this hotel was the location.

Very clean and quiet.
We loved the indoor swimming pool. It¿s located right off the highway but far enough away that you can¿t hear the traffic. Staff was amazing and answered all of our questions and also gave us a card for discounts to local businesses.

Top Tips
- Book hotels in Lincoln 6-12 weeks ahead for peak foliage (late September to early October) and winter ski weekends (late December to February or March school breaks), as major chains and resorts can fill quickly during these high-demand periods. Compare hotel flexible rates midweek for extra availability.
- Expect a 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals tax on your hotel bill. Check your booking for any added resort or parking fees and request an itemized cost breakdown from your property before you book.
- Hotels within 0-3 miles of Loon Mountain base offer transfer times of 5-10 minutes by car, making early lift access and late returns more convenient. Ask about shuttle or valet options if you prefer not to drive.
- Lincoln is the gateway to the Kancamagus Scenic Byway (NH-112), with direct access from most hotels. Plan 30-90 minutes of extra travel on short segments during peak foliage weekends, and ask your concierge for real-time updates on scenic traffic.
- Broadband speeds and cellular coverage can range from strong to limited within Grafton County, so confirm Wi-Fi service and cell reception with your hotel for remote work stays. Consider business centers or lobby workspaces if you need a reliable connection.
- For step-free or accessible rooms, request specifics before booking, as many Lincoln hotels are low-rise, exterior-entry designs with limited accessible inventory. Confirm ramp or elevator access if mobility is a concern.
- If booking outlying cabins or vacation rentals, ask about the property’s water source and waste (septic/trash) rules, as many use private wells and systems. Hotels in Lincoln typically have municipal supplies.
- For ski and high-season travel, review your hotel's shuttle hours and on-site parking rules. Some properties add off-site parking fees or limit lot access on weekends; request written details to avoid last-minute surprises.
