Pros +
- large rooms and clean
- Great atmosphere. Ignore the silly complaints.
- Our room was neat and tidy. Walk in shower was large. It was nice the room used LVP and not carpeting. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. We did not use the pool, gym or game room.
Cons -
- did not offer a free breakfast and paper products were cheap and rough
- Could use a little updating in the rooms but all in all, amazing stay, and a pretty good breakfast !
- Parking was awkward because the upper lot and lower lot were on either side of the building with nothing near the front or back entrances. Only one elevator for all floors.

The property was centrally located to many attractions. Bretton Woods ski resort, Littleton and Bethlehem where there are good restaurants and shopping.
I was there when there was decent snow and the road to the hotel and parking lot was not cleared enough to accommodate all the cars. Additionally, you can hear everything from adjoining rooms.
