We love the location. We like the size of the rooms and the option to use a full kitchen

The indoor pool was closed

The location is great, room was clean, had pretty much everything we needed.

The only complaint is the indoor pool was closed but the outdoor pool was great. I totally understand the pool needs maintenance, so just timing.

The room was spacious and clean.

The pool and hot tub were not working. I asked the staff if the surrounding businesses were open, and they said yes, but it turns out just about everything was closed. It rained mostbofcthe time, and not having the pool was a bummer. The arcade looks much bigger online. The gym is also pretty small. 3 people, and it feels very crowded.

This is a great place - large rooms and fabulous location. I would have rated the facility a 10 but we were informed 2 days beforehand that the pool and hot tub were closed.

Great location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans etc.

The sales pitch. Stayed here twice because it's a nice facility but do not like how, after check in, they send you to the concierge desk for a parking pass. Before they give the pass to you, you have to listen to all the promotional discounts you can get if you sign up for a session the next day to hear about their vacation club, aka timeshare. They were kind of pushy. Got to our room a little aggravated. Not how I want to start a rare weekend away. Probably won't go back because of it. There are plenty of lodging options in this area.

The hotel room was spacious and nice

The pool was closedThe bathroom was filled with gross mold in the shower and it was dirty. There was no shuttle service to the mtn.

No way to get any food on site. No delivery options in the area.

It was a beautiful room! People at the desk were nice. It's a great location and you can walk to many places. My daughter loved the pool and game room.

There were crumbs on the floor. When I pulled down the blanket, there was a long black hair on the sheet. The pictures showed a balcony with a view when booking, but my view was a parking lot. They do not refresh towels, wash cloths, ect.. no matter how long you stay.
