We had a wonderful stay in a very quiet and comfortable loft, perfect for a family holiday. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, and the billiards room added great fun for evenings together. The indoor pool was a bit cold for our taste, but still enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to nature trails and nearby parks.

Property didn’t provide breakfast. The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The view from the room was also very nice.

Excellent location
Stayed here twice within two months. The rooms are hot! Thermometer showed 80-82 degrees F. Staff said it’s normal and did nothing about it. We kept windows and slider open, a/c on.

Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Nice view but would be even better from an upper floor. Would have loved to enjoy outdoor hot tub and wish it was disclosed it would be unavailable for our stay.

Great amenities, 2 large hot tubs and huge indoor pool. Outdoor pool wasn't open yet, rooms were like apartments.

The location is excellent.
Had to move to a different building because ours was a fourth floor without an elevator. Limited buildings with multiple floors don’t have elevator’s. They moved us to bldg 3 and the elevator broke after our first trip up. Got to our room with half our stuff and the fireplace didn’t work. Maintenance repaired it. Switch for bedroom light didn’t work. Tv went to a different input setting every time you shut it off. Need toilet paper and was asked to hold off on using the bathroom till someone came in at 9, Got our toilet paper an 1 1/2 later. Who ask this of their guest? This front desk person, seemed to care less. We have stayed here several times and never had these kind of problems. They are either suffering financially or mismanaged now.

Wonderful hotel. The suite had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the new tub was awesome. The resort is in a very quiet wooded area compared to some other big ones that are in the downtown area.
