Great location, helpful staff

The staff was very friendly. We ran out of cash, and the owner let us check in and leave our luggage in the room while we went and searched for an ATM. The hotel had a nice feel to it as well and was very comfortable for the price.

The view of the lake nearby and itÂ¿s in Flores. ThatÂ¿s it, the location is not even nice, there were groups of people using drugs on the side of the hotel by the lake and one morning we woke up and find a pool of blood on the sidewalk.

the staff was ok but we ordered coffee for our parents and they took it them but then wanted them to pay for it when we had been waiting there to pay it made our parents uncomfortable.
