This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. Its location is perfect on Isla del Flores. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are very clean, but very basic. No hot water was a real negative for me.

Location was perfect, rooms very clean, awesome view from balcony. Breakfast was delicious, great lil pool to hang in watch watch people walk by, as well as great view of lake. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say

Room was clean, hotel was nice, staff was very helpful. Location on the lake was very pretty. Not very walkable...we stayed in the hotel for our brief stay instead of walking around (which we might have done on the island, which seems better for a walk).

The staff was very friendly. We ran out of cash, and the owner let us check in and leave our luggage in the room while we went and searched for an ATM. The hotel had a nice feel to it as well and was very comfortable for the price.

Excellent location, some of the breakfast options are free to guests, clean rooms, and AC works well except the bathroom so you need to prop the bathroom door open.
The pool needs a good scrub. Filter and good maintenance. Jacuzzi not working and short of stuff in the restaurant. We had to wait too long for a simple limonada.

Hotel is in great location and Air conditioner is very cold which is needed because Flores can get very hot.

The view of the lake nearby and it¿s in Flores. That¿s it, the location is not even nice, there were groups of people using drugs on the side of the hotel by the lake and one morning we woke up and find a pool of blood on the sidewalk.
the staff was ok but we ordered coffee for our parents and they took it them but then wanted them to pay for it when we had been waiting there to pay it made our parents uncomfortable.
