- The employees so helpful
- The view was the best of it all - a really beautiful view of Flores! The staff was helpful with boat transportation from and to the hotel from the island, only costing 5Q each way (after we knew about this). Was nice to have a fridge. Functioning AC!
- Sweet people, comfortable beds, quiet and restful, beautiful views on Flores from the other side of the water, and a very relaxed atmosphere.
Cons -
- When I did the reservation said the hotel was on flores but wasn't is on San Juan across the river
- Check-in was a bit problematic and it felt like the staff wasn't quite sure about our reservation, which was something we found annoying after a long day of traveling. We felt like we were missing important informations about for example the boat transportation that the hotel provided. We only found out by asking on our second day, why we used boat taxis a couple of times which was fairly more expensive. There was construction work outside of the hotel, very noisy. We could hear more or less every sound from the room. There were ants in and ourside of the room. The TV didn't work properly and the staff couldn't help with this sadly.
- The room was damp, but that wasnt their fault, the water of the lake was really high and the buildings all had their feet in the water
