- Staff for the hotel was very helpful. Location is excellent.

- The WIFI did not work in the room area, and staff could not get it fixed. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive.
- Air conditioner didn't work well, was blowing just air the room was humid, the temperature was 100 degrees, they said they have a pool and is a non working jacuzzi
