- Comfortable room and bed, with air conditioning. Easy to walk to from where the shuttles drop you off.
- The price was good, the air conditioning was cold. The mattress in our bed was bad, sinking towards the center and it made for very uncomfortable sleep. But I saw other mattresses were okay. It was also a bit noisy outside.
- good AC, they waited to allow us to check in late when our bus was late, very friendly owners; hot water; they give you a key to the house to come and go as you please; really great price compared to other private room options in Flores island

- Steep stairs to lug my suitcase up to the main floor
- wifi didnt work in the room, no hand towel, weird water pressure
