Pros +
- The view of the lake nearby and it¿s in Flores. That¿s it, the location is not even nice, there were groups of people using drugs on the side of the hotel by the lake and one morning we woke up and find a pool of blood on the sidewalk.
- the staff was ok but we ordered coffee for our parents and they took it them but then wanted them to pay for it when we had been waiting there to pay it made our parents uncomfortable.
Cons -
- I didn¿t like anything. All the amenities the hotel advertised is false. There is no free shuttle, we had to pay; the gym is not working, all 3 machines there are not working, there is just a junk room. No free breakfast and cold shower in my bathroom.
- the breakfast was not breakfast and then when we wanted to get kids pancakes it was 50Q and then a normal Breakfast that was another 50Q we got the same breakfast at another spot for 25Q and pancakes for kids for 30Q and it came with icecream and toy.
