It was conveniently located near the area that I was working in. Close to all amenities, and easy to access off the highway,
Despite being on a fairly major roadway, the room was remarkably quiet. Location was easy to access from every angle of the city as well. Lots of nice secure parking spots.
The service was excellent. Staff were very courteous and efficient. It is conveniently located near several good restaurants and the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is a 15-minute walk away.

Glass wall in bathroom was clean. Edges and corners in the bathroom was clean. I didn't see hair from previous customer. The ocean view. The access to the parking area with elevator was convenient. Also, Quey Market is close. I had a nice and quiet stay.

I have stayed here many times. The location is good for the people I need to see. Very cloe to public transport. A great option to be near Vancouver, but not right downtown! I love the hot beverage station near the lobby!Fantastic attached restaurant.
The hot tub! Most excellent. Hot, big, deep, and strong jets.

Great location and great staff.
Location and clean
Hotel itself was nice and clean, but we did not get any house cleaning service during our three day stay. They never cleaned our room, take the trash out or replace used towels with clean towers. No house cleaning person ever came to our room for 3 days

Quiet area, large room, large bathroom, blackout blinds
Parking, breakfast, amenities in room
The provided breakfast was good but the dining room was very crowded. Find a seating place was a challenge even with the overflow room provided. The staff coped as best they could.

The staff were awesome.. and the updated (its been a long time since we stayed here) rooms are nice. Location is pretty good. The big soaker tub was lovely, but a bit dangerous with the slippery step, and you couldn't reach the soap, and no bar soap.
Bed was very comfortable. For being so close to the airport, the room was surprisingly quiet (couldn't hear/feel the planes taking off in the room, but could outside) although you can hear other rooms doors closing.

We liked the style and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast provided was great both in the choices and the clean environment to eat in. The young lady even had a small menu posted at the door which was a very nice touch.

Nice clean room with a very comfortable bed
We were on the backside from a busy road so it was very quiet for us. Also the heavy drapes allowed it to be very dark at night, making it good for sleeping. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean.
The area, staff was outstanding. Hotel wasn?t busy so didn?t have anyone in the rooms on both side, it was nice and quiet

Top Tips
- Rates for June through August typically rise by 15-25%, with premium availability limited. Book hotels 2-3 months ahead to access a wider selection and ensure preferred amenities are still available.
- Stay in Lower Lonsdale to enjoy a 20-40 minute roundtrip time savings to downtown Vancouver via the SeaBus, which departs every 15 minutes during peak hours. Major hotel brands here also place you within a short walk (300-600 m) of waterfront dining and Shipyards events.
- Hotel parking typically costs $15-35 CAD per night (approx. $11-25 USD) in North Vancouver. Many properties reserve secure indoor spaces, but size or clearance restrictions may apply, so check your confirmation for vehicle limits.
- Metro Vancouver tap water meets or exceeds provincial safety standards; fill a reusable bottle from your hotel room or lobby refill station to reduce single-use plastic while exploring the city.
- Summer weekends and Shipyards Night Market dates fill early, so reserve rooms 4-8 weeks in advance to secure your ideal room type and rates. For dates with festivals or events, verify cancellation policies in advance.
- If offered Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) at checkout, opt to pay in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and enjoy lower conversion costs compared to letting the terminal convert to USD, which typically saves 2-4% on your total bill.
- Confirm accessible features directly with your hotel, as older North Vancouver buildings and hilly streets mean 'ground floor' rooms may involve steps or limited ramp access. Request written details before arrival if mobility is a concern.
- Wi-Fi speeds range widely; ask about wired Ethernet or business-grade connections if you need reliable service for remote work. Full-service hotels in the city center commonly offer premium high-speed options on request.
