Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Max, A Provenance Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location. I think had there not been a mix up with our room, and the staff been friendlier/more believing of our report, it would have been sufficient, if a bit small/cramped for the cost.
Someone had already checked into our room prior to us and left some trash in the room, and their key. We were tired so didn't report until morning, the staff did not believe us and was pretty rude about telling us we were wrong. Also, room was cramped.

Good value for the location. Clean enough by my standards. The free Wi-Fi worked well in my room as well as in the fitness center.
A bit of a stretch to call it a 3.5 star hotel, but not a major grievance. Room was tiny, but I was aware of this going in (as you should be reading these reviews) so this did not come as a surprise.

Loved the decor, location and free happy hour. The staff was amazing and super helpful. Would definitely stay at Hotel Max again!!
The bathroom could use some sprucing up, even just recaulking the grout in the tub would make a huge difference in making it feel more updated/clean. But that's just a small issue; overall stay was fantastic!

The restaurant, Miller's Guild was amazing. The staff was responsive, helpful and efficient.
The bathroom was a former closet I'm sure and was so tiny it was difficult to even change clothes in there.
