You have to be careful booking at this hotel after reservations and payment the refund to give me my room keys they said I didn?t pay even with the receipt I showed them. I had to book again else where, And the area is very rough

The hotel was easy to locate in downtown San Francisco. It was close to the Passport Agency. Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is charming and in a very old building.

The pool, sauna and steam room are really nice, very clean and well maintained. The room was also clean and well maintained, good views of downtown, good restaurants in walking distance.
