Location and resort amenities. This place had a fishing deck, basketball court, playground, tennis court, kids pool with slides and splash pad, indoor and outdoor combo pool. Also, free breakfast that my kids loved and light snacks in the afternoon.

Nothing. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. I asked the guy at the desk about a trashcan, I had been there for a 2 week stay then left for a weekend and was on my 2nd week of another 2 week stay. This man gets mad and calls the police. Seriously.

Nothing it was filthy rust and mold in the bathroom. The door did not lock rust on the refrigerator. The stove didn?t work. The dishwasher didn?t have a handle.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, the soaps came in large pump bottles. The room had a large desk with a sitting area. The TV was in the middle of the room but it pivoted to either side. The breakfast was good. Very clean.

The worst experience of my life the place was dirty. The rooms were nasty and the smell of pot was overwhelming on top of that. The front desk person was rude.

There's plenty of family fun to be had in this Orlando area along the southern end of the Universal Orlando resort. You'll find plenty of thrills here, as well as shopping and dining options. Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes away. Families will likely find convenience in the plethora of restaurant chains that line International Drive.

Everything about this hotel went beyond my expectations! The hotel staff were so friendly, the man at the front desk let us check in early with no fee. He even made sure we got an accessible room for my elderly mother with a cane.

I'm sorry, except for the perfect location, this hotel does not meet the four-star standard in terms of service and room facilities. It is the worst four-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
It was in a Great location, comfortable, spacious, clean and nice. I loved how the hotel personnel were giving out nice hot cookies to their guests, it was really delicious and enjoyable.
