Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Phoenix

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Friendly and attentive staff.
Elevators were not working for a while and my room was in the seventeenth floor.

Everything was perfect. They upgraded our room to a suite - the nicest room I've ever stayed in by far. Quick and easy check in and out. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was on time and tasty.

Location
Only free parking was on street but only between 7pm and 8am. The beds were not what one would expect, the beds belong in a Motel 6.

It was comfortable.
The parking situation is a pain. FYI there are two different parking passes. One allows you in and out privileges and the other does not. We were not aware of this at check in. Also, the parking garage is across the street, not connected to the hotel.

It was updated but still felt "old". It wasn't bad, though. Our room was nice.

The room was amazing. The grounds are very well kept.
They removed the in room refrigerator and charged a per night fee to have one.
