The convenient location and hotel employee had mad customer service skills, he really made a great impression upon our arrival.

The hotel room doors open and close VERY noisily. Consequently, the noise generated by a group of hotel guests across the hall kept me up well past 3 am. Their doors slammed every few minutes + very loud laughing/talking. Very upsetting.

Loved it...great location and great service.

The hotel was right on the beach and in a quiet area of Jacksonville Beach.
