The hotel was amazingly comfortable and atmosphere very pleasant. After long day at the Mayo Clinic, it was a perfect stay to relax and unwind. All staff was so accommodating and kind. Would highly recommend it to family and friends.
Our first time here and we were impressed, very neat and clean, pleasant and refreshing surrounding. Breakfast is great. Josh in reception is amazing, accommodating and very helpful. Highly recommend and sure will come back here, we enjoyed so much!

Nothing it was an absolute dump and falsely advertised a pool and hot tub. Extremely dirty and run down. The pictures are false advertising nothing there looked like the pictures used on the website.

I found it hard to rate the hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was great, and the hotel itself was very nice. However, see notes below... we couldn't stay there because I was allergic to the new carpeting that they had installed.

The best thing is that breakfast was free; however, they only had "Dollar Store" quality bowls to eat out of. No plates. The bananas were brown. On Friday the restaurant attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Nothing at all , the staff at the desk was sub par, the manager was very rude and the rooms were infested with roaches and the “accommodations” were not even properly provided - remotes with no tvs , showers worse than the jailhouse. Bring flip flops.

The hotel accommodated special requests and had exactly the type of room ready that we had requested. Bedding was hypoallergenic, the location of the room was quiet, it had a nice view of a lake, and no carpet. Good breakfast options for omnivores.

The first 2 nights I had a nice room with a view and the bed and pillows were wonderful. Due to husband being at Mayo Clinic, I just had to get rooms 1 or 2 nights at the time , each room I got was less and less comfortable than first bed
