The hotel was amazingly comfortable and atmosphere very pleasant. After long day at the Mayo Clinic, it was a perfect stay to relax and unwind. All staff was so accommodating and kind. Would highly recommend it to family and friends.
Our first time here and we were impressed, very neat and clean, pleasant and refreshing surrounding. Breakfast is great. Josh in reception is amazing, accommodating and very helpful. Highly recommend and sure will come back here, we enjoyed so much!

The best thing is that breakfast was free; however, they only had "Dollar Store" quality bowls to eat out of. No plates. The bananas were brown. On Friday the restaurant attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The whole thing was the worst.
Most of the staff was great but there's always that one. I was trying to renew my stay and the front desk girl told me to figure it out. Then she flipped like a switch a few minutes later and told us we had to leave with a nasty tone in her voice.
Did not like anything about it honestly. Not only was it a horrible experience but was charged twice and the hotel hung up everytime I called.

I stay up frequently so my kids can visit their mother. The staff is wonderful. It?s close enough to everything Though the place is a tad dated the real breakfast and the awesome staff made up for it. I would recommend slowly upgrading sinks and carpets.
