The location to the building relative to the train station and most things was very good.
Outside areas very nice, staff were wonderful
Staff were all really nice and helpful. We had a view to the beautiful gardens, with all the water and the ducks. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The room had a coffee maker, fridge, and very comfortable beds. Shower was good. Wifi was good.

Staff were very good. Bed and pillow were comfortable but the bed was too small.

The front desk people were helpful and kind. The shower was awesome. We had a balcony room and it was great to sit out there. It faced the parking lot.

This is an old hotel that is being renovated. The room I was in had seemingly new everything except for an old sofa that was virtually dissolving. The bathroom had been completely redone and the room was pretty up to date.

Nothing I had to leave , felt unsafe there. Cockroaches , drug addicts , homeless people sleeping in the lobby , terrible customer service. Actually felt unsafe and left at 3am to another hôtel.

This hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient (but I treat them as humans unlike other guests). I really liked that I could open the window to get fresh air. The kids (and husband) really enjoyed the water slide.

I like how close the mall and resto are I love that there is a bar and resto and store in the hotel and we got a add on for the club lounge that cost a lil more but was worth it ¿the pool was a little cold but very beautiful area

Very spacious rooms and soaps and tea and coffee packets provided. There was a burnt out light in the kitchen. Maintenance repaired it promptly when we reported it.

We had a room with a very nice view of the golf course and the location was perfect for us. Just a quick car ride to the sights we wanted to see in Ottawa. We loved having easy access to the spa.
