- The staff were friendly even though I spoke English to them. Also, the fitness center was one of the better ones I found at hotels
- The front desk people were helpful and kind. The shower was awesome. We had a balcony room and it was great to sit out there. It faced the parking lot.

- There was no secure separation of balconies. Anyone could walk over from their balcony to yours. The room was too fragranced for me.
