- The staff were bilingual (French/English). And the Petite Dejune (sort of a continental breakfast) was given.
- The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of chairs in thf outside to relax.
- The room was clean and the staff was very helpful
Cons -
- The location is across the River from Ottawa, in Quebec. If one tries to take public transportation, you can get to Ottawa fairly easily- but the public transportation in Ottawa is a totally different system.
- I understand that the hotel is Under renovation; however no excuse for the floors in the rooms to be sticky and dirty. The breakfast was horrible as they have no kitchen.

The location is across the River from Ottawa, in Quebec. If one tries to take public transportation, you can get to Ottawa fairly easily- but the public transportation in Ottawa is a totally different system.
