The location is central for anything you need to do on the South shore. Also, being in the Quartier Dix 30, everything is at your fingertips for shopping and dining.
The bathrooms are awful! There is no need to have a glass wall jn the shower, and the sliding door leaves NO privacy when it comes to noise from going to the the bathroom. You hear EVERY noise. It is awful!
