Cons -
- WHEN CHECKING OUT I couldn't gat a luggage trolley No bell boys to be found and the front desk did absoutely nothing to help. It took me and my wife 30 minutes to carry all our luggage out one piece at a time. I will never come back.
- The staff isn't very customer focused at all, they didn't answer the phones in the morning for room service for two of our three day stay... I had to walk down to the front desk to place my order.
