- Service
- We had a room with a very nice view of the golf course and the location was perfect for us. Just a quick car ride to the sights we wanted to see in Ottawa. We loved having easy access to the spa.
- Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- It would not allow children to use pool.
- Our room looked slightly worn (peeling wallpaper some wall scuffs). It didn?t detract from our stay though. The room was spacious and had a little bay window. It looked like there should have been an extra piece of furniture there and between the beds.
- Parking lot is tight in the winter and fills up quick from spa attendees. First room was dirty. Hairs on counter, chip crumbs on couch, dust and dirt on floors and towel had brown stains.
