The sink pipe was clogged, the hotel is on the main avenue and you can hear all the trucks, everything shakes as if the building was going to fall down, and we had a bedbug bite.

When I arrived there I was surprised to discover that there was a $100 deposit which I was not prepared for. The receptionist charged me wrongly twice for the deposit and I still have not received my money back 3 days later.

They had crackheads outside, screaming at literally no one, and they had an older lady with a skin infection, that was screaming about pedophiles being in the hotel roomS, and there was some type of mass shooting in the middle of the night.

At our arrival, we tried to cancel our reservation because there was a crew filming inside the reception office and they were there for few days.We said that we should have been advised of that inconvenient. The owner/general manager refused.

They had crackheads outside, screaming at literally no one, and they had an older lady with a skin infection, that was screaming about pedophiles being in the hotel roomS, and there was some type of mass shooting in the middle of the night.

The TV did not work. Socio-economic eye sore area. Unfinished repairs inside room. I was treated like a trouble maker. The clerk told me 5 times "no visitors." Walk up window!!! Clue # 1! Worried about getting my throat slit. Stay away.

There was not one thing only every aspect of my time at Town House Motel was 100% more to my liking then expected from the cleanest the the survive was excellent the management staff where very considerate and pro.
