The location of the hotel was excellent. Although it was not in the center of things, it was close to public transportation. We made it everywhere we went within 10-15 minutes.

This was a FEMA hotel. Way over priced. Dirty. Poor quality. Smelled of pot. Cigarette burn marks. Gum stuck to the towel racks in the bathroom. You kept everything on top of the chair so no bugs.

Check in was very easy. The desk Manage was very helpful to help me get a room that was close to my daughter's room. If fact, he was able to get us adjoining rooms. The made our trip exceptional.

The food was good even though you have to use it and the common areas were clean and enjoyable. The room size was also bigger than expected.

I did love that it was very relaxing,but last night was the worst ever. Children running up and down the hallways screaming from 6pm until check out the next day without parents no where to be seen 410 was their room right next door to mine
