Location and that I had a roof over my head

Cons -

The beds are small
The lobby was nice and felt upscale, but once we got off of the elevator on our floor, it felt cramped and a little dingy. We were given a room right next to the ice machine and could hear everything. The doors and walls are thin. We paid too much.
Thin walls, we could hear everything in surrounding rooms. Not sure if that was because we got put in a room that was next to construction of maintenance pipes. We were abruptly woken up to says maintenance right outside room.

Location and that I had a roof over my head

We were moved to a side suite room that had a pull down full bed that was hard and not comfortable. We originally booked a room with a king bed. The room had insects in the bathroom and on the floor.
