  • Dessert from the hotel restaurant was awful and overpriced. Two nights in a row we were startled out of sleep to loud banging, sounded like it came from under us. Room was right by elevators, very loud, we had people banging on our door multiple times.
  • Elevators were down. Almost 10min waiting to access our room/lobby every time we want to go in/out
