Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport

We were flying out very early in the morning and the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn made it very easy for us to start our international flight feeling prepared. The location is great. The airport shuttle was very prompt and easy to access. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. It was a great way to start my trip around the world.

The location, ease of check-in and comfort. They have a free shuttle to the airport which makes this place perfect for late or very early arrivals.

The location was perfect for staying a night after arriving rather late into Boston. Checking was fast and easy. The staff was pleasant. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable.

While the food in the hotel restaurant was great, the pricing was a bit over-the-top. Had we not been exhausted from a full day of flights, we probably would have looked elsewhere for food.

Overall the accomodations were excellent. Staff was cordial. Room was big, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and service staff were excellent. The price is not cheap, so expect something excellent. I would have preferred a slightly nicer neighborhood. All staff were terrific.

Honestly, the location. Although it is an 'airport' property and easily reached via their shuttle, the neighborhood could be sketchy at night. We did walk to the T line and rode it, but I would not have done that at night, the street to get there was mainly our concern, unless I was with a powerful 6'5" partner. Kids were out during the day, families were at soccer practice, but by night coming back it could have been a different story. Right around the hotel was fine and if you only stayed there, ate there, and were with other peope it would be fine.

The airport shuttle was extremely convenient. You just have to call to ask for it when you arrive at the airport. The rooms were very clean. The walk to the T station was easy and it was very convenient to get into downtown on the T.

The wi-fi connection kept dropping and it wasn't consistent throughout the stay. I called down to ask about it and was told I had to "forget this network" and then reconnect when that occurred, which worked.Also, I ordered a movie from my YouTube account to play on the TV but the TV would not play it even though I streamed it. It did stream an AppleTV movie though.
