The man at the desk was very helpful. we ordered a pizzia and they did not cut it at all and he lent us a knife to cut it with and went out of his way to help.

The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The location was fantastic, with a Trax stop right outside. It was a good location to stay when going to a Jazz game.

When speaking with the cleaning staff, I witnessed one of the ladies mopping an entry to a room twice. She was so thorough and hard-working. I was so impressed. They were friendly and hard-working. Even with a language barrier.? kindness prevailed.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The redhead gal at the front desk was helpful and kind. The ladies who did the breakfast area did a wonderful job! The motel was clean and the location on the end of town closest to the parks was great.

That they were willing change rooms when the first room was going to be dirty flood, empty toilet paper tubes on the floor and overall cleaning dissatisfaction.

Price usually beats out most of it's competitors. However most hotels require $100 on deposit for incidentals. It is very nice when a hotel is a bit more courteous with only A $50 incidentals deposit which allows an extra night or a meal to patrons.

The room was clean. There were teenagers both nights in the hall playing soccer. Yes, playing soccer and the ball kept hitting the hallway and our door. We called to the office - no answer. Very annoying when trying to sleep.

The room had everything we needed. Often there's no luggage rack, sofa bed makes the desk/table inaccessible, towel racks are inadequate or nonexistent, nowhere to sit. Little things that really make a room comfortable or not. This room had them all.

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good. This room had a little table in it so I got to play our cards in there so that was fun. It was close to all the things we did.
