I love the location of BW. There are places close to eat, and the University Mall is up the road.

I always like where BW is located. Its next to a Denny's for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The University Mall is less than 10 minutes away.

Cons -

One morning, breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am. I needed to be some place early and breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am. If Breakfast is served later, I apologize. This occurred on Saturday March 29th, 2025.
One elevator was out of order. The other elevator literally jumped and shook 4 times like the cable was coming off everytime we went to the 4th floor. Another customer said it had been like that for 2 weeks already! Not safe! No fruit at the breakfast.
The front desk person, acted like she was in training. She needed a bit more customer sevice training. But she did cover all the information that was needed.

The hotel Mgr was on duty at the counter when I checked in, and she was outstanding. I forget her name, but it started with a De.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
