- Price and proximity to the area I needed to be in.

- Dirty shared spaces and noisy... I could hear the 'night owl' in the room above me, highway noise was quite prevalent, and what sounded like a smoke detector warning beep kept going off through the night. I wasn't able to sleep much at all.
- Room was missing a chair, no place to sit. Bathroom door broken, drain clogged, finishes are terrible, like drywall and caulking around tube just horrible, floor was sticky, water was never hot enough very poor water pressure in shower, missing towel rack
- Front desk lady when I checked in was not friendly or personable. Did not want to provide any extra blankets. Next morning walked into a argument at breakfast between front desk guy and another customer. Hallways had not been vacuumed.
