- They charge a $250.00 deposit, not a hold, an actual charge to your card. Then they tell you that it will take 7 to 14 days for them to return it. This is not disclosed until you are at the check in when they have your prepaid reservation.

- Many issues with switching to a different room, tripped breakers, TV not working, first day of my 3 night stay, my snacks on the table & food in the refrigerator were thrown away, no bar soap at the sink, bathroom ceiling light was not working, etc.,etc.
