Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Provo Orem

Pros +

• The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient.
• Very clean, many amenities including breakfast and conveniently located to highway. Offered an early check in, and the front desk person at check in was friendly and informative.
• The room had everything we needed. Often there's no luggage rack, sofa bed makes the desk/table inaccessible, towel racks are inadequate or nonexistent, nowhere to sit. Little things that really make a room comfortable or not. This room had them all.

Cons -

• Smell of room was awful and made us sick

• The AC in the room was broken. I tried getting a hold of someone at the front desk, but there was nobody there during the evening, and nobody answered the phone, so I barely slept as the room was quite warm.
