The front desk staff was very friendly. The manager was cordial and expressed concern when I pointed out some severe deficiencies with the room.
Room door was strong and did not break when intruder tried to enter four times between midnight and 3:30am. Front desk told me not to call cops. But the cops saved us.

1. Large patio area with comfortable chairs for eating and entertaining by the lawn. This area made the hotel feel expansive and less confining. 2. Hot breakfast selections were limited but the quality was very good. 3. You can open windows slightly.

Nothing was working, I booked online. Pool and jacuzzi, juice machine, ice machine not working. My last day juice machine worked. I stayed 5 days. I was working from out of town 12 hrs. Day jacuzzi would of been nice. Update your website.

I arrived to the hotel after a 16 hour drive. They told me they didn't have my reservation and that I could pay out of pocket for the room. I had already paid $--- for the current reservation they claimed was cancelled but it was never cancelled

Trash, strong smell of indian food in my room coming from the next, which seemed to be a family living there behind the office.
The cost for a night stay. Was pretty reasonable. I made a mistake in placing the reservation online. They let me change it for free. Which I am very grateful for. Staff was very helpful and friendly

End of town, further away from the freeway, relatively quiet location. Railroad is close, but noise isn't bad. staff was helpful despite asking for favors at late hours.
