- overcharging for 1 day stay they charged 2 , then the deposit amount inconsistent with room quality, dirty bathtub, fridge didn't work, most channels on t.v. unavailable Staff careless clueless and then 3 days after departure they charge my card again.
- the fridge did not work and it was replaced quickly however, the 2nd didnt work either and by the time I noticed after swimming it was really late so i didnt bother having them exchange it again
