- The maintenance man came and let me into my room after the locking mechanism ceased to work during my stay. Staff gave me another room while I waited for him to fix the problem. Both desk staff and maintenance guy were great.

- The morning desk staff made me wait until 3pm to check in. I had specified i would be there to check in between 12 and 1. That place was NOT that full they couldn't let me a room before 3! The lady was rude and condescending to me and my fiancee when we tried to see if we could have the room at 2 o'clock, then was nasty to us when we insisted on our room at three as promised. I work nights. I was VERY upset by this woman and her attitude.
