- Location and design of room.
- The hotel is easy to find just outside the center of Sedona. The rooms are functional, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool and well-equipped fitness center. There is a bar although we didn't use it. The breakfasts are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful - particularly the breakfast staff.
- The room is clean, the furniture is new, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, and it's very convenient to have a barbecue.
Cons -
- Pool needed tending to.....naturaldebris and cigarette in pool.
- I don't like being charged $25 per day for parking and I wondered why this is not just included in the room cost. Later I realized that if parking was included it would be subject about 15% in various state and local occupancy taxes so by keeping it separate they are actually saving you money. I was also told all Sedona hotels charge for parking.
