Horrible Hotel. Rude greeting staff. Nice leaving staff. Breakfast had to do a sign in like we were criminals. Pool and hot tub out of commission when I called directly 2 days prior to confirm and was told they were in commission and no problems.

I LOVE this hotel, I can’t say anything bad about it. The staff was friendly, the coffee in the room was amazing, and the hot pools were refreshing. It was overall a great experience and they even give you bus tickets to get downtown! Great views!

All the 3 pools were clean and not overly chlorinated. The main pool was warm and a nice size. The hot tub was a good size. There was a separate warm tub. The hotel is quiet. Well built. Easy check in. Nice fireplace in the front lobby.

Staff, restaurants, bar and grounds were wonderful. The rooms were very small and the bathrooms are tiny. Resort $50 daily fee is high if not using their facilities on property (which we were not).

The water coolers, hot tub and pool were nice touches. The room was spacious albeit a bit empty. Housekeeping was on demand and this was mentioned to us when we checked in, we had no issues asking for extra soap, or towels. The bed was comfortable.

A very good location to visit the Canadian Rockies and the Banff/Jasper parks. Blackstone is a modern well appointed apartment-hotel with great amenities for family activities. The underground parking was easily accessed and helped with moving luggage.

Spacious rooms and clean. Computers & printer near reception made printing boarding passes easy. Family friendly. Helpful staff. Hot tub open till 10PM was useful, since we'd been skiing all day.
