Cons -
- Room service would be nice but it was a good stay. Can’t say anything bad about the place other than I felt it was away from other things that allowed me to mingle and socialize. Other than that it was very cozy.
- Poor lighting in room, no luggage rack, no complementary water, no customer service - our room was left unlocked by housekeeping and no follow up, no concierge service, no common area to sit inside or outside to read enjoy the mountains
- The air conditioner was cutting in and out constantly which made it hard to sleep, but everything else was great.

Friendly staff. No nonsense charges. Conveniently located to all amenities and Banff. Loved the Rocky Mountain Soap co products in the bathroom and water bottle fill station. These are small things but make all the difference.
