- The location downtown.
- The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. I would return again just because of him
- Hotel has historically been very good
Cons -
- Room was very hot on the 9th floor. There?s only 1 tiny window to let cold air in, and the AC system was turned off, making for a very hot 25 degree sleep. We called front desk and they said the AC is not yet turned on.
- The room we were in 923 was way too hot and the thermostat couldn't lower the temperature. We were able to open a window, but there was no screen, so this would not be an option in the summer with the many insects around.
- On this occasion the room allocated was unbearably hot and the thermostat was not responding to lower temperature settings.
