Pros +
- We loved this hotel! It's definitely. cuter than the pictures make it look. The two hot tubs and cold plunge tub were great and it's in a great location which is easily walkable to the main area of Banff.
- Very nice hotel. It met our expectations.
- The spa! You can do a full circuit, including a 3 min plunge pool challenge. Staff was also very friendly and the breakfast spread was decent.
Cons -
- Parking area was dusty they should clean parking area to improve services but still satisfied
