I requested and was given a ?smoke? free building and room. Unfortunately there was someone smoking, and the room then has a very strong smoke smell. Also the tv in this room did not work. They offered for us to move rooms, the heater did not work.

There was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower when we arrived. On more than one occasion we had really loud neighbors who could be heard after 11pm. The front desk said they would address the issue but I didn't see evidence of this.
