Um it was warm and dry.
Cheap

Cons -

Dirty, lack of maintaining.(4" screw in place of handle on sink).
When we first arrived to our room there was a random girl in our room who was high on drugs of some sort. Yes our room key WORKED. We went ahead and stayed because there wasn't anything else available in our price range.
The room was dirty and smelled really bad. The bathroom door had brown and red stuff smeared on it.
