Located off Interstate-44 and adjacent to Stewart Golf Course, this Springfield hotel is 2.5 miles from Dickerson Zoo. It features rooms with a flat-screen cable TV and serves a daily grab and go breakfast. - The check-out process was easy and the person who checked me out was pleasant.
- the office was super polite
- The sheets/linens were clean
Cons -
- There was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower when we arrived. On more than one occasion we had really loud neighbors who could be heard after 11pm. The front desk said they would address the issue but I didn't see evidence of this.
- The shower only worked for 2-3 minutes if at all, so I didn?t get what I paid for. When I checked in, I wasn?t greeted properly. I was told what I can?t do and that I will need to go elsewhere or pay extra if I was local (I?m not local). Dangerous stairs
