Chateau Jasper is located in Jasper National Park, only 13 minutes' drive from the Jasper Tramway and 45 minutes from Maligne Lake. A flat-screen TV and free WiFi are provided in the air-conditioned guest rooms at the Chateau Jasper. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are available in the private bathrooms. Chateau Jasper features a modern gym and a indoor hot tub. Meeting rooms are available for guest use. Heated underground parking is also included. Athabasca Falls is 30 minutes' drive from the Chateau in Jasper. The Miette Hotsprings are 1 hour's drive away.

Pros +
- Really lovely room with fridge, microwave and great bed. Staff was very kind and accommodated us with early check in.
- Location was great. Underground parking was great.
- a pet dog is accepted at this hotel, the staff is friendly.
Cons -
- Rooms were not made up daily. We were told that they neglected to tell us that we had to request room cleaning upon check in and that they normally do not make up rooms daily. Said they didn't have staff to clean rooms daily. Never heard of that before.
- The fireplace did not work, have been told that that was accessories in some room. The pool is packed with people too small for the number of guests and the gymn only has an elliptical, it should have been better if add a treadmill for indoor running.
- I was quite certain that, when we checked in, we were told that breakfast was included. We found out different in the morning. I would want the staff to be more clear on what is and what isn¿t included in your room price.
