The professionalism displayed by all of the employees at the Lord Baltimore hotel. Especially, China and James bar tending on the weekend of April 24-26. They really made you feel welcomed and took care of your needs. I will be returning in October.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect that we didn't have to drive anywhere, the harbor was a 10 min walk and the CFG Bank Arena was about 5-8 min walk with tons of food options nearby.

The room was decent overall, the continental breakfast was also good, however the room had ants. It was a very annoying situation and we dealt with it but would have preferred a cleaner room with no ants.

Everything was excellent! I would highly recommend the hotel, with suggestion to not eat in the restaurant. Hotel was fully booked, restaurant only had three people eating there.

If the hotel is full, parking is an issue if you arrive later in the evening. A staff member actually moved her car so we could have a parking spot. Wow! Room was large and comfortable with a kitchenette.
