Someone was already high passed out on the bed in the room when I got in there. The room they gave me had no fridge and microwave. I specifically paid extra for a fridge in microwave and called three times to verify before arriving.Ice machine didn't work

The hotel is extremely pet friendly. There is a lot of path area that you can walk with your dog that is beautiful and off the main street and over the Willamette river. You can park right outside your room so it makes it easy to take your pet in and out

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel ..especially a Best Western in my life. The front desk person (younger female) was humiliating and despicable.

The staff, particularly went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable stay at and then the that I felt welcome. I have a broken back. I'm waiting to have surgery and they were extremely helpful.

This hotel is one of my favorites and I've stayed here more than once. It's gorgeous on the outside and inside, the rooms are nicely designed and functional, and its about a 5 minute walk from all of the local shops and the beach.

Location was decent and a places to get groceries/food options and beaches were close. One of the cheapest options but was still too high for each night in my opinion with a price over $--- a night and no elevator for guests on the second floor.
