This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel ..especially a Best Western in my life. The front desk person (younger female) was humiliating and despicable.

The pool is so warm you can actually use it! Most hotel pools are barely manageable, and only if you work up a sweat. We had such a great time being silly, swimming like frogs and floating!

Beds were comfy and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the drawer. We didn?t need them though. Great breakfast. Nice big pool, hot tub and exercise room which were open til midnight. Plus my super sweet 60 lb pit mix was $20/night. We?ll be back!

The staff- the people are so personable and kind. Really loved them all. I also really like that there¿s no carpeting¿ it feels cleaner and more modern. Really great bathrooms and nice tvs too.

The location was perfect for my 3 granddaughters and me. We were able to walk downtown and across the street to Veteran's Park and Lake Ewuana. We hiked along the lake. Management at the hotel was wonderful!
